Yes! Transportation will depart from the hotels at approximately 4:30PM. Transportation timing will be confirmed in your welcome bags upon arrival to the hotels

Black Tie Optional... Dan will be wearing a tux!

The ceremony processional will begin promptly at 5:30PM, so please arrive between 5:00PM and 5:20PM to get a seat. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place on a beautiful ridge overlooking the Hudson River. If you're driving yourself, the venue will direct you to the upper parking lot for the ceremony and after the ceremony, you will be directed to drive down to the lower parking lot located much closer to the cocktail hour and reception area. If you plan to take the group transportation, you will be dropped off near the ceremony and can either walk down the ridge for the cocktail hour and reception or wait for the shuttle. **Please note, there are no permanent restrooms at the top of the hill where the ceremony will take place, only a portable restroom**
